Landon is at such a wonderful age for Christmas this year!
We are so excited and filled with Christmas spirit this year. The tree was prepared for decorating the day after Thanksgiving and Landon was so excited to see the transformation of the home with all the decorations. We helped Landon carefully hang ornaments on the tree. Landon also discovered a small little tree set up in his own bedroom adorned with robot ornaments and some ornaments from mommy and daddy’s childhood. “Careful” and “gentle” are constant reminders this year; definitely a little decorator in training. His favorite song- Jingle Bells. He sweetly serenades mommy at 6 am with this tune. He has only one volume for singing and it’s not a whisper. Favorite holiday movies this year include Polar Express and Frozen. Favorite holiday books include The spirit of Christmas and The Polar Express. He’s curious about Santa this year and shy but not afraid. When writing a letter to Santa he requested “car” and “jingle bells.” We are delighted to share all the beauty that the season brings with Landon, especially the true reason for the season. So much fun, such great memories, savor every minute. Landon is getting so talk and a little blondie. So sweet.
We always had such great holidays. I remember taking the four of you for Christmas pictures together at Penny’s, seems like yesterday. Hard to believe how the time has flown.
